Terms and Conditions of Service

3. The Service

3.1. Description

Our Services allow you to connect with other individuals for dating purposes. Features may include profile creation, matching algorithms, messaging, and event coordination.

3.2. Service Levels

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Services are available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

3.3. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of all messages and information shared through your account
• Maintaining the accuracy and truthfulness of your profile information
• Respecting other users and adhering to our community guidelines
• The accuracy, quality, and legality of your data

3.4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Share illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications

4. Account, Password, and Security

4.1. Registration

To use the Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Data Protection

5.1. Client Data

You retain all rights to the data (e.g., profile information, messages) you submit to the Services ("Client Data"). By submitting Client Data, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5.2. Privacy Compliance

You represent and warrant that you have collected, stored, and transferred all Client Data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and have provided all necessary notices and obtained all necessary consents.

5.3. Our Data Handling

We will handle Client Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Client Data against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Support Service

6.1. Availability

We provide standard technical support to all clients via email at support@easydating.in during our standard business hours, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday-Friday.

6.2. Scope

Support includes assistance with platform functionality, troubleshooting common issues, and answering billing questions. It does not include personal dating advice or coaching.

7. Disclaimer, Limitations of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, easydating.in EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• easydating.in SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
• OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO easydating.in IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. Term

This Agreement commences on the date you create an account and will continue on a month-to-month or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan, until terminated.

8.2. Termination by Client

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account through the platform interface or by providing us with written notice.

8.3. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without liability, if:

• You breach any material term of this Agreement
• Your use of the Service poses a security or legal risk to us or a third party
• You become the subject of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings

8.4. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• You must pay any outstanding fees
• We may, at our discretion, permanently delete your Client Data after a 30-day grace period. It is your responsibility to export your data prior to termination
